Metrics Management: Set Up KPI Target

Learn how to configure KPI targets and performance thresholds

What Are KPI Targets Used For?

KPI Targets allow you to set goal thresholds for key performance indicators such as Forecast Bias, Error, or FVA. These targets are displayed in dashboards and review pages to help teams compare current performance vs. expected performance.

How to Access KPI Targets

  1. Go to Metrics Management from the left-hand menu.
  1. Select the Targets tab at the top of the page.
  1. Use Filter by Client and Filter by Timeframe (e.g. YTD, MTD, Quarterly) to view relevant targets.
