The Data Manager is organized into intuitive sections, making it easy to locate, review, and understand each metric and its related information.

1. Table Overview
This section provides a detailed summary of each metric available within the platform, including:
- Metric: The name of the performance indicator being tracked.
- Definition: A concise explanation of what the metric measures and why it matters.
- Module: The functional area (e.g., Demand, Supply, Procurement) where the metric is used.
- Performance Attribute: The specific aspect of performance that the metric evaluates (e.g., Accuracy, Efficiency, Reliability).
- Formula: The exact mathematical expression used to calculate the metric β providing transparency into how each result is derived.
- Status: Indicates whether the metric is currently active or inactive within your dashboards.
This level of detail ensures users have complete visibility into how metrics are structured and how they contribute to overall business insights.
2. Search Option
If youβre looking for a specific indicator, the Search Metric feature allows you to quickly locate metrics by name.
This is particularly helpful when dealing with a large library of KPIs, saving time and helping you go directly to the information you need.
3. Filter Options
The Data Manager includes dynamic filters that help refine the list of displayed metrics according to specific criteria, such as:
- Module β to view only metrics related to a particular functional area.
- Performance Attribute β to focus on specific performance dimensions.
- Status β to filter by active or inactive metrics.
These filters allow you to create a tailored view, helping you analyze only the metrics most relevant to your business or area of responsibility.
4. Clear Filters
At any point, you can reset your search or filters by clicking Clear Filters.
This restores the full list of metrics, allowing you to start a new exploration or comparison from a clean slate.
