Statistics
Learn how to monitor user activity and platform engagement
What the Statistics Dashboard Shows
The Statistics section provides visibility into how your organization is using the platform. It helps Admins answer questions like:
- Who is actively using the platform?
- Which supply chain modules are being viewed the most?
- Is usage increasing or declining over time?
Available Metrics
The dashboard includes the following key views:
Section | Description |
Active Users Last Month | Shows how many unique users accessed the platform in the most recent month. |
Views Last Month | Total number of page/module views across all users. |
Active Users Trend | Monthly trend showing user login activity over time. |
Views Trend | Monthly trend of total views, helping track engagement. |
Views by User | Ranked list of users based on total interactions. Useful for identifying power users or inactive accounts. |
Views by Module | Shows which dashboards/modules (e.g. Inventory, Planning, Procurement) are being accessed the most. |
Filtering the Data
Use the filters on the right side of the dashboard to refine the view:
- Year → Switch between historical periods
- Module → Focus on a specific dashboard or performance area
- User Name → Track activity for an individual user
This is useful for tracking adoption, training engagement, or role-based usage patterns.
How to Use This Data
- Identify training needs → If key modules aren’t being used, follow up with the team.
- Highlight champions → Recognize power users or team members who frequently engage.
- Monitor adoption progress → After implementation or rollout, usage trends confirm whether teams are embracing the tool.
- Justify expansion or licenses → Data helps demonstrate usage to leadership or support business cases
