Scorecard

The Supply Chain Scorecard is the main landing page of the OWL S&OP Platform. It provides an executive-level view of your organization’s overall supply chain performance, consolidating key metrics from different functions into one unified and interactive dashboard.

This section is designed for business users who need to quickly assess performance trends, identify areas of improvement, and monitor progress toward strategic goals.

At the top of the Scorecard, you will find Executive KPIs — a high-level summary of the organization’s most important performance indicators. These KPIs are fully customizable and may vary depending on your company’s configuration, the dashboards you have activated, and the business priorities you aim to monitor.

Typical examples include forecast accuracy, sales results, procurement spending, or inventory value, but the exact selection is tailored to each organization’s needs.

Each KPI is displayed alongside its current value, as well as the change compared to the previous period, helping you quickly identify whether performance is improving or declining.

💡 You might see that forecast accuracy increased compared to last month, while gross sales declined — giving you an immediate snapshot of key business trends.

At the top of the Scorecard, you’ll find two quick filters that allow you to change the time scope of the displayed data:

The Latest Articles section provides access to educational and reference content published by OWL — such as best practices, methodology guides (like SCOR), and feature introductions.

The User Info panel displays your current role, total number of users, and recent activity within your organization, giving you administrative insights at a glance.
