As part of the onboarding process for every new client, the following activities are executed:

  • Analysis of the client's application ecosystem (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES) to determine where the data exist
  • Establish a trusted connection (system-to-system) using a method based on the client's necessities
  • OWL has a library of connectors for the most common application and methods
    • API Connector: connection with any trusted API service such as REST, GraphQL, etc
    • File Connector: File transfer via cloud storage
    • Data Factory: Trusted connection for on-premises systems (Dynamics GP, Databases, etc.)

After the connection is established, all data sources are consumed by OWL's internal API.
