Request access
When a user is given access to the Platform, he/she is assigned a role which determines the modules to which the person has access.
In case you need to view any other module, please follow the instructions.
Contact your administrator
Make sure you have the correct authorization for your request.
Contact the person within your company who has the role of administrator in Owl platform.
If you do not know the administrator, go to the "Account" option that will appear by clicking on the icon at the top-right corner
Then click on “Organization” option.
And in role column, look for the admin
The administrator will let you know when you have access.
With The Owl
Another way to obtain access is through The Owl.
Make sure you have the correct authorization for your request.
Your manager should send a message to "info@theowl.solutions" email indicating your: Name > Email > New role
You will get an Owl's email with the confirmation for your request as soon as possible.
