1. Type your conversation

In this area, you can enter any question or request related to the platform's active dashboards. OWL AI understands natural language queries, allowing you to ask questions in a way that feels conversational and intuitive.

2. Send Your Conversation

Once you've typed your question, click the Send button to submit it to OWL AI. The AI will process your query and provide a response based on the data and insights available in the dashboard.

3. Download the Conversation

For future reference, you can download the entire conversation history. This feature allows you to keep a record of your interactions, which can be useful for follow-up actions or sharing the information with others.

4. Start a New Conversation

If you wish to ask a different question or explore another topic, simply click the Start New Conversation option. This will clear the current conversation and allow you to begin a fresh query.

5. View the FAQs and Chat History

• FAQs: In the FAQs section, commonly asked questions are categorized by frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Other. This organization makes it easy for you to find answers to your most common inquiries quickly.

• Chat History: The Chat History section lets you review all past interactions with OWL AI. You can also edit or delete any previous questions and answers, providing greater flexibility in managing your queries and keeping your conversations organized.
